Founded in 1997, we specialize in both dry and oil filled transformers, inductors high voltage power supplies and coil winding.
We will design to meet specific custom requirements or build to your drawings.
Our designs meet or use as a reference MIL-T-27, while our Quality System meets MIL I 45208
We support and have drawings and designs on magnetic products and units previously built by Aydin Corporation West.
Typical testing includes:
Ratio
Exciting current and watts
Induced Testing at twice voltage / twice the frequency
Corona testing
Hi-Potting up to 60KVAC, 125KVDC
Processing Includes:
Resin impregnating under vacuum
End capping under vacuum
